Overview
Audio, calls, recordings, or as we at Voyc call them "Conversations", can be added in two ways:
Via sFTP
Uploaded via the front end (manually)
This article covers how to upload calls manually.
Steps
Step 1: Please ensure all files you want to upload follow the correct and consistent naming convention. Learn more about naming conventions here.
Step 2: Select the Channel that you would like to upload your conversations to.
Step 3: Select the Upload Conversations icon on the top left of your conversations list.
Step 4: Complete the audio quality disclaimer by selecting "Proceed". Check the "Do not show this again" radio button if you would like to skip this step in the future.
Step 5:
Select "Add Files" and choose the conversation files that you would like to upload. You are able to upload multiple files at once.Β
Then "Validate" your files. Once validated a green toaster message (pop-up) will appear and the boxes surrounding your conversations will turn green green.
You can then upload your conversations by selecting "Upload". You may close the box whilst they upload, you will be notified when they have finished uploading.
π‘ Validating checks that the conversation files are valid against your Naming Convention. You can edit your naming convention settings by selecting "Edit Naming Convention" or you can edit the name of each call by selecting the call and editing the name.
