Saving Filters on Your Conversation List

Save a named filter view and return to exactly the right slice of your call data every time.

🚧 This Feature is currently in early Beta.

Beta means the feature is still being refined based on customer feedback, so changes, unexpected behaviour or occasional issues may occur as we improve it. We welcome your feedback.

To get access, contact support@voyc.ai or your Voyc Account Manager.

What Are Saved Filters?

Every time you open your Conversation List, you land in a live feed of all your calls across all agents. That is useful context. But it is rarely the exact view you need right now.

Saved Filters let you build the precise view you want, give it a name and return to it instantly, every single time. Think of them as bookmarks for your data: instead of rebuilding your filter combination from scratch on each visit, you save it once and it is always there waiting for you.

If you want one view to load automatically every time you open your Conversation List, you can designate any Saved Filter as your Home View. From that point on, your Conversation List in that Channel opens with your preferred data already in focus.

🚦Permissions: You will need to be an Admin or Contributor in a Channel to be able to Save filters.

Creating a Saved Filter

Step 1: Build your filter combination

  1. Navigate to your Channel's Conversation List.

  2. Select + Add Filters to open the filter panel.

  3. Apply whichever filters you need: agent, date range, compliance status, score, tags or any other available filter.

📝Note: If you save a filter that includes a custom date range, note that the date is static, not relative. It will not roll forward over time and will expire once the selected date is 12 months old. For recurring use cases, date filters like "Last 30 days" or "Last 90 days" will serve you better.

📝Note: You will only be able to save the filter if you have current calls that match that filter range.

Step 2: Name and save your filter

  1. Once your view is showing the right results, select Save New Filter at the top of the page.

  2. Enter a clear, descriptive name for your filter. Use something your whole team would understand at a glance, like "Failed Compliance - Last 90 Days" rather than "Compliance".

  3. If you want this view to load automatically every time you open your Channel Conversation List, check Set as Home View.

  4. Select Save to confirm.

You can save up to 30 filters per user, per workspace. If you reach the limit, delete any filters you no longer use before creating new ones.

💡Tip: You can clear all your filters set by selecting the Clear button. If you have a Home View set, clearing the filters will default to the Home View filter.

Setting a Saved Filter as Your Home View

Your Home View is the filter your Conversation List loads with automatically every time you open a Channel. It is also the view it returns to when you select Clear to reset your filters, so it acts as your default starting point rather than a blank slate.

Your active Home View is marked with a home icon in your My Filters panel so you can always see which one it is at a glance.

To unset a Home View, open My Filters, select the ... menu on your current Home View filter and choose Remove as Home View. Your Conversation List will open unfiltered until you set a new one.

Using Your Saved Filters

Once you have at least one Saved Filter, you will see My Filters appear near the top of your Conversation List. Select it to open your filter library.

From here you can:

  • Select any Saved Filter to apply it instantly

  • Search for a filter by name

  • Sort your filters by recently applied, name (A-Z), name (Z-A) or recently created

When a Saved Filter is active, the filter tags display above the filters so you can see exactly what is applied at a glance.

Managing Your Saved Filters

Select the ... (three dots) menu next to any Saved Filter to access the following options:

  • Set as Home View - makes this filter load automatically every time you open your Conversation List

  • Rename - update the filter name

  • Delete - permanently remove the filter

  • Remove as Home View - Available on a current Home View filter, if selected removes the filter as the Home View

Getting the Most From Saved Filters

The real power of Saved Filters comes from building one per use case rather than one catch-all view. Think about the questions you come back to most often and make each one a shortcut:

  • Reviewing calls for a specific agent you manage

  • Checking only compliance fails on graded calls

  • Monitoring a particular tag or attribute such as Confirmed Sale or in bound calls

Each Saved Filter becomes a direct entry point into a meaningful slice of your data, cutting out the setup time and getting you to your insight faster.

The Gist

Save time every time you open your Conversation List. Saved Filters let you capture exactly the slice of data that matters to your role or your workflow, name it and return to it in one click. Set one as your Home View and it is waiting for you the moment you open that Channel, showing you exactly what you need to see.
