Voyc and Aircall work together so that your calls can be automatically ingested into Voyc for analysis. Once the integration is in place, you can route calls into specific Voyc channels using filters like agents or call status.
This guide walks you through:
Connecting Aircall from within the Voyc platform
Connecting Voyc from the Aircall dashboard
Creating a Voyc channel that ingests Aircall audio
Connect Aircall from the Voyc platform
Use this route if you are already in Voyc and want to set up the integration directly from your Organisation settings.
π Note: You will need access to your Aircall account to authorise the Voyc app.
Steps
Go to Organisation settings in Voyc, then open the Integrations tab.
Find Aircall and click View integration.
In the modal, click Connect integration. A new window will open.
Authorise the Voyc app. You may be asked to sign in with your Aircall credentials first.
Choose which numbers to connect. If you are not ready to decide, click Skip for now to continue.
Close the window. Your Aircall integration with Voyc is now active.
Connect Voyc from the Aircall dashboard
Use this route if you are working inside Aircall and want to add Voyc from the Integrations & API section.
Steps
In your Aircall dashboard, go to Integrations & API.
Select Discover integrations.
Scroll until you find Voyc, then select it.
Click Install integration. You will be redirected to the Voyc platform.
Once you are in Voyc, follow the steps under Connect Aircall from the Voyc platform, starting from step 3.
Ingest Aircall audio into a Voyc channel
After the integration is active, you can send Aircall audio into Voyc through a dedicated Voyc channel. This is where you decide which calls are ingested, for example only calls from certain agents or with a specific status.
π Important: The Aircall integration must be successfully connected before Aircall appears as an integration option in channel setup.
Steps
In Voyc, create a new channel.
Continue through the setup until you reach Step 4: Select integration.
Select Aircall, then click Next step.
On Step 5, click Add filter.
Add the filters you want to apply to incoming audio, for example:
Only calls from specific agents
Only calls with a particular status
When you are finished, click Save, then Complete setup to activate the channel.
π Note: If you do not see Aircall as an option, the integration was either not completed or was not successful. Go back and complete the integration steps above first.
The Gist
Connecting Aircall to Voyc lets you automatically ingest call audio into dedicated Voyc channels. You can set up the integration from either Voyc or the Aircall dashboard, then create a Voyc channel with filters so only the calls you care about are pulled in for analysis.
