Before you can access Voyc, you need an active account. Once your account is set up, logging in is quick and straightforward. This guide explains how to log in for the first time and how to log in afterwards, with a short section on using SSO.
📝 Note: Voyc will work on all major browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge), however we recommend using Google Chrome as your Voyc browser. To change your default browser, read this article.
Logging in for the First Time
When someone at your organisation invites you to join Voyc, you will receive an email asking you to create your account.
Step 1: Open your invite email
Open the invite email from Voyc.
Under Getting started is simple, click the link in Step 1.
You will be taken to the Voyc account creation page.
Step 2: Set your password
If your organisation uses SSO, you may skip this step.
Enter your password in the Password field.
Re enter the same password in the Confirm password field.
Select Complete and Continue.
📝 Note: Your password must contain:
A minimum of 14 characters
An uppercase character
A lowercase character
A number
A special character
Step 3: Add your personal details
Enter your First name.
Enter your Last name.
Click Complete and Continue.
You now have a Voyc account. You can continue straight into Voyc by selecting Go to Voyc, or you can use the login link in your welcome email to return later.

Logging in After your Account is Created
You can log in at any time using either of these options:
Use the login link from your welcome email.
Go directly to the login page: https://app.voyc.ai/login. Consider bookmarking this page.
You can log in manually or using SSO.
Manual login
Enter your email.
Enter your password.
Select Log in.

SSO login
If your organisation uses single sign on, you can sign in using your Google, Azure or Okta account.
Select Sign in with SSO.
Enter / select the email linked to your Voyc account.
Approve any permissions if prompted. This is only required the first time.
You will be logged in to Voyc.
📝 Note: Make sure you choose the same email account that was used to create your Voyc account.
