What is Ask Joyc?
Meet Joyc, Voyc’s AI assistant designed to help you instantly explore and understand your call data through simple conversational questions. You can ask her things like “Find calls mentioning refunds last week” or “Show me recent long calls about cancellations with low compliance.”
Joyc connects directly to your Voyc data to give you answers in seconds, helping you spot insights, trends and opportunities faster than ever before.
She’s currently in early beta, which means this is just the beginning. Joyc will continue to learn, expand and evolve as she’s developed and used, becoming an even stronger part of your Voyc toolkit over time.

Where to Find and How to Use Ask Joyc
You can access Ask Joyc directly within your Voyc Channels landing page. This section shows you how to open, use and manage your chat with her.
To open Joyc:
At the bottom right of your Voyc screen, click the Ask Joyc icon. A chat box will appear.
If you’d like more space, select Expand to open the chat in a larger view.
To ask a question:
Start a chat by selecting the Talk with Joyc box
Type your message in the orange chat box that says Start typing... You can write up to 250 characters.
Press Enter or click the Send icon to submit your question.
💡 Tip: You can also click one of Joyc’s suggested prompts to get started quickly.
To export your chat:
Select Export Chat. Joyc will create a visual PDF version of your conversation that you can download or share.
To start a new chat:
Select Start a new chat at the top right.
To close the chat:
Click the X at the top right of the chat window when you’re done. If you open up Ask Joyc again your chat will still be there.
What You Can Ask Joyc To Do
Joyc is learning fast. She already gives you quick and flexible ways to explore your Voyc data, helping you find answers faster and see your conversations from new angles.

Global Rules and Limits
Joyc works within a few boundaries that define how she accesses and analyses data. These limits help her respond securely and keep your results within the right scope:
You can only access channels and conversations you already have permission for.
Joyc analyses data in 90-day windows and not older than 180 days.
If something doesn’t appear, double-check your access, the requested date range or whether the data falls outside the available window.
