In this article, we go through how to reset your password.
Steps
Click on forgot password.
Type in your email address
Click on reset password
You will receive an email in your inbox from noreply@voyc.ai titles "Password Reset".
Click on the Reset Password button
If you know that your organisation runs Mimecast, rather instead of clicking on the reset password link, copy the URL and then paste that in a new tab in Chrome.
Input the new password that you want to set and click "Change Password".
Please Note: Your password needs to be 14 characters long.
