Access Your User Profile

Your User Profile allows you to capture or update key personal details as well as manage security settings for your password and two-factor authentication. To access the User Profile page

  • Click on Account in the bottom left of the screen

  • Click on the pencil icon next to your user name

On the User Profiles page you will see three sections:

  1. Basic Details

  2. Password

  3. Two-Factor Authentication

Let’s look at each of these more closely

Capture Basic Details

Here you can add your name and job title. Completing this information will help us provide more personalised insights and updates for you in the future, so we highly recommend filling it out. To do so

  • Enter your First Name and Last Name in the provided fields

  • Select your Job Title from the drop-down list

  • Click Save to apply the changes

Update Your Password

Here you can update your password at any stage. To do so, simply

  • Enter your Current Password first

  • Enter your New Password

    • Minimum 14 characters

    • Must contain alphabetic characters

  • Repeat New Password

  • Click Save to apply the changes

Use Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an extra layer of security for your account. By enabling 2FA, you add a second step to the login process (entering a random token), significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access. It offers peace of mind and ensures that only you can access your account, even if your password gets compromised.

Set up 2FA

  • Click on Activate 2FA and select an authentication method

Authenticator App

This method requires you to install an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy and then follow the steps below:

  • Select Authenticator App on Voyc and click Next

  • Open the authenticator app, select the option to add a new account and then scan the QR code shown in Voyc

  • The authenticator app will generate a 6 digit code / token - enter this into the Authentication token field on Voyc

  • Click Authorise and your account is now secured with 2FA

Email Authentication

With this method, you do not need any additional apps - we’ll use your registered user email address.

  • Select Email Authentication and click Next

  • You will receive an email with a 6 digit code / token - enter this into the Authentication token field on Voyc

  • Click Authorise and your account is now secured with 2FA

Deactivate or Edit 2FA

If you want to deactivate your 2FA for any reason, you can do so by clicking on the red Deactivate 2FA button. You will also need to do this if you want to change authentication methods, e.g. from Email to App or vice versa.

Log in with 2FA

Once you have activated 2FA, there will be second step to your login process. To log in with 2FA:

  • Enter your Email Address and Password and click Login

  • You’ll then see a new screen with a field for your 2FA Token

    • If using an authenticator app, open it to get the unique code.

    • If using email, check your inbox for the 2FA code.

  • Enter the code from the app or email into the 2FA Token field and click Login
