Quickly find what matters most by searching for keywords or phrases across your conversations

Why it matters

When reviewing your conversations, you may want to quickly find a specific word or phrase. The search feature in Voyc helps you find exactly what you need across all conversations or within a single transcript.

Use search to:

  • Identify common themes or keywords across your conversations

  • Locate specific customer quotes or agent responses

  • Jump straight to a key phrase inside a conversation

Searching across your conversation list

You can search all your conversations directly from the conversation list view.

  1. Open your Channel and select Conversations to view your list.

  2. Type your word or phrase (you can learn how to do an advanced search here) into the search bar in the top right corner and press Enter / Return.

  3. Voyc will scan all your conversations and show only those containing your search term.

  4. Each result includes a preview of where your term appears in the conversation.

Searching within a single conversation

You can also search for specific words or phrases inside a conversation transcript.

  1. Open the conversation you want to review.

  2. Enter your word or phrase into the search bar above the transcript.

  3. Voyc will highlight every utterance and list all matches below the search bar.

  4. Click any result to jump directly to that point in the transcript and play the audio from that moment.
