We are thrilled to announce a series of exciting updates to our alerts system, designed to make your experience more efficient and effective. These enhancements are currently in Public Beta* and are available across all pricing tiers.
Alert Severity
Categorise alerts based on their severity to prioritise your response. You can now sort and filter alerts by their severity ratings, ensuring that the most critical issues are addressed promptly.
Alert Seen
Keep track of your team's activity with our new "Alert Seen" feature. This allows you to see who last viewed and actioned each alert, enhancing accountability and collaboration within your team.
Detailed Alert Resolutions and False Alerts Reasons
We’ve added more granularity to alert resolutions. Go beyond “Resolved” and “False” with detailed resolution options that suit your business needs. Stay tuned for enhanced filtering and reporting capabilities that will give you even deeper insights into your alert management.
Default Alerts & Alert Presets
To ensure critical issues are never missed, key alerts related to customer vulnerability and credit card details are now automatically applied to all new channels by default. This helps safeguard your operations and maintain compliance with security standards. Activate these and other presets for your existing channels under Alert Settings / Configurations (depends on navigation version enabled).

*What is “Public Beta”?
A public beta is a testing phase where a new feature or product is made available to all users before its official release. This allows users to try out the new functionality and provide feedback, helping to identify any issues and improve the final version.
