In this help doc, you will discover the different options at your disposal for viewing your script on Voyc. Knowing the options available for you to view your script can help minimise the time spent on navigation and enhance keyword checking.

Once you've set up your agent script, navigating through its components to make updates can become quite difficult. For instance, when adjusting keywords on your diagram, you may often find yourself relying on using the search bar or endlessly scrolling through the script canvas. This process can be time consuming, especially if your script consists of numerous groups and nodes.

Now, there's an alternative option to view your script in a document-style view. The below GIF shows you how to switch from the diagram view to document view

How to get Started with your Document View

1. Search for groups in the document view

For lengthy script documents, make use of the search bar to quickly locate desired  sections or groups. The GIF below demonstrates how to search for groups in the document view.

2. Filter by node

To focus on a specific node type i.e. statement, question or option you can exclude nodes by clicking on them. This action filters your script document displaying only nodes you want to see. This GIF below shows how you can exclude node types.

3. Displaying group contents

To assess to contents of a group such as the type of node used, keywords, weightings and connections, you can simply expand each group

Advantages of using the document view

This feature allows you to see your script in a document format and helps you envision it as a scorecard, it offers you a seamless experience to navigate for in-depth analysis.

In the document view you clearly see the below:

  1. Groups and their respective points;

  2. Phrases and the type of node selected;

  3. Keywords added per phrase;

  4. The chosen phrase criticality.

By following the above steps you can easily access your script as a document and analyse its contents to improve your efficiency.

Can I expand all script groups at once in the document view?

Yes you can expand all the script groups at once by clicking on the expand script groups button on the top right corner

Can I edit the script in document view?

You cannot edit in the document view, to the edit script you have to switch back to the diagram view, However, this update is currently in progress in our pipeline.

Is there a limit to the number of keywords that can be displayed in each script group?

There is no limit of keywords displayed in each group.
