This advancement means that vital metrics such as total dead air, average call length, overall score, and others will now undergo calculations with even greater accuracy. For example, conversation lengths will now be recorded with additional decimal points, enhancing precision during calculations and analysis.
Refined Averaging: Previously, we presented averages of averages for select metrics. While that approach was already quite accurate, we've now refined our method to compute averages directly from each individual data point, ensuring an even higher level of precision in our analyses. This refinement provides a more detailed and precise understanding of the data, aiding in the generation of more insightful conclusions.
