Overall Score Metric Updates

And the highly-anticipated news you've been waiting for: we are thrilled to introduce the all-new Overall Score on both organisational and channel levels, which rolled out incrementally over the past two weeks.

Get a comprehensive view of your organisation's performance, filter results by date and specific channels, and compare scores across different channels using the dynamic organisational graph. With this game-changing feature, you can effortlessly uncover key insights for each channel's overall score.

But that's not all! Our next dashboard enhancement, the channel-level overall score drill-down, is targeted for release in the next few weeks. This visually captivating, colour-coded view will break down your channels’ scores by scorecard group and phrase adherence, enabling you to understand your performance at an even more granular level, making data-driven decisions a breeze.

Updates to QA Reports Downloads

We've also made our Gen 3 Reports even more accessible and powerful. You can now generate these new, more robust, single-sheet QA reports in one of two ways:

  1. Directly within each channel from the Reports tab; and

  2. From the Scores by Channel list drill down of the Overall Score metric

Generation 2 Scorecard’s Retirement is Imminent

As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation, we are moving forward with our plan to deprecate Gen 2 reports. Starting now, Gen 2 reports are no longer available via the Voyc platform. Prepare for a new era of quality assessment with our game-changing features and improvements.
