Grading just got even easier and more powerful with our new Grading experience! Over the past few months, we've been running this upgrade in beta, refining and perfecting it based on feedback; from Monday 24 July, this version replaces the old Grading experience for all users.
🚀 Key Features of the Enhanced Grading Experience:
Simpler Interface: Enjoy a more intuitive design with clear "Pass," "Fail," and "N/A" (Not Applicable) options.
Seamless Phrase Linking: Easily change phrases from "Fail" to "Pass", by clicking Pass and linking the supporting phrase(s) seamlessly.
"N/A" for Non-Impacting Phrases: If a phrase should not impact a score for any reason, simply mark it as “N/A” and Voyc will recalculate the call score disregarding the selected phrase.
No action is required from your end - this enhancement is now live for all users - simply head over to a conversation and begin grading as usual.
