Change channel Status ( Active, Completed, Archived)
Archived Status - Only archived channels can be deleted
Invite someone new
Search for the user with their username or email address
Click on add
PS: Only members who have accepted an invite to your Voyc organisation can be added to a channel.
Change member permissions
There are three types of permissions members can have within a specific channel.
Owns the channel. The person of the highest permission.
A contributor can manage the channel.
Can only see all the data that's in that specific channel, but cannot adjust anything.
Define Minimum Conversation Length
Define the minimum length of a conversation that Voyc is allowed to transcribe. Any conversations shorter than the defined lengths will not be processed by Voyc.
Add Vocabulary Keywords and Phrases
Adding vocabulary and keywords is done to increase the accuracy of the transcription.

The naming convention here is when you define how Voyc should read the conversation's metadata present in the file.
