What this is and Why it Matters

The Voyc Service Desk streamlines how you submit SFTP requests, removing unnecessary back-and-forth and reducing wait times.

Instead of going through a middle layer, your request goes straight to the Engineering team. You can also track progress in real time, so you always know what’s happening and what’s next.

Think of it as a direct line to getting your data requests done, faster and with full visibility.

Before you Start

To access the Service Desk, you’ll need:

  • An Atlassian account

  • Access to the Voyc Service Desk (we’ll add you if you don’t have it yet)

💡 Tip: If you’ve been invited, you’ll receive an email prompting you to create your account. Accept the invite and follow the instructions to create a password and if needed create an account.

You can access the SFTP request portal through the help widget at the bottom right corner of Voyc by opening the chat bot and selecting Request SFTP Management Changes
