Track Changes in Your Organisation with the Event Log

See exactly who changed what in your Voyc setup and when, without having to ask around

🚧 Feature is in Alpha and available on request

Alpha is the earliest stage of testing. Core functionality being tested with a very small number of highly engaged customers.

  • Unknown edge cases expected.

  • Broader platform integration likely incomplete.

  • Stability not guaranteed.

  • Not safe for broad positioning.

What that means for you

  • Things may break or behave unexpectedly

  • Features may change as we learn and iterate

  • Your feedback directly shapes what gets built next

To get access, contact support@voyc.ai or your Voyc Account Manager.

Why the Event Log Exists

The Event Log gives you a clear, timestamped record of key configuration changes made in your organisation. Whether a Scorecard has been updated or an Alert modified, you can see exactly what happened, who did it and when.

Think of it as your organisation's paper trail. As we continue to expand coverage, more of your setup activity will be captured here, giving your team greater visibility over what is changing and when.

This is especially useful for compliance-conscious teams, where knowing who changed a setting and exactly when is not just helpful, it is essential.

Where to Find the Event Log

🤚Permissions: You will need to have to be an Organisation Owner or Admin to view the Event Log

  1. Navigate to your organisation Settings in the left-hand panel.

  2. Select the Event Log tab at the top of the Organisation Settings page.

What You Can See

The Event Log displays a table of all logged events in your organisation, with the most recent at the top. Each row shows:

  • Date - the exact date and time the change was made

  • Event - a plain-language description of what happened

  • Type - the category of thing that was changed (for example, Alert Configuration or Scorecard)

  • Component - the specific parent part affected, where applicable

  • Action - what was done: Create, Update or Delete etc...

  • User - the Voyc user who made the change

  • Channel - the Channel the change applies to

  • View Icon - Allows you to see the Event Detail

Filtering Your View

By default, the Event Log shows activity for the current month. You can adjust the date range and apply additional filters to narrow down exactly what you are looking for.

Filtering by Date

  1. Click the Date filter at the top of the table.

  2. Select your preferred date range from the options available.

📝 Note: You can look back a maximum of 90 days.

Adding More Filters

Click + Add filter to filter by any combination of the following:

  • Type - the category of object that was changed, such as Alert, Alert Configuration, Alert Condition, Alert Notification, Organisation Member Invite, Organisation Setting etc…

  • Action - what was done: Create, Update or Delete etc…

  • Component - the parent part of the changed object, the umbrella it sits under, such as Alert Configuration, Channel or Scorecard

  • Channel - limit results to a specific Channel in your organisation

  • User - limit results to changes made by a specific team member

What Gets Logged Currently

📝 Note: Coverage is expanding over time. There may be more events than the list below. If you do not see a particular change type logged yet, it may be added in a future update.

The Event Log currently captures changes across the following areas of your Voyc setup:

  • Alerts - changes to alert rules, conditions, notifications and reasons

  • Alert Configurations - updates to specific alert setups, including severity changes

  • Scorecards - updates to scorecard structure and criteria

  • Agent Data - changes to agent-level data

Viewing Event Details

For more context on any logged event, click the eye icon at the end of the row to open the Event Detail modal.

The modal shows:

  • A plain-language summary of what happened at the top

  • Timestamp - exact date and time

  • Action - what type of change was made

  • Type - the category of the change

  • Component - the parent part affected (if applicable)

  • User - who made the change

  • Channel - which Channel was affected

  • Object Name - the name of the specific item that was changed when available

  • Changed Fields - the individual fields that were updated, shown as tags when available

💡Tip: If you do not see a user listed against an event, it means the change may have been made by a system process rather than a person.
