Welcome to Voyc! 🎉
We are excited to have you here and even more excited for you to experience ALEX Live in action.
Voyc helps make performance, compliance and coaching a lot smoother by giving you the right support at the right moment. Instead of waiting for feedback after the call, ALEX Live brings guidance into the conversation while it is happening.
You bring the human connection, the listening skills and the real conversations. ALEX Live brings structure, guidance and real time support so you can focus on the customer without juggling scripts in your head.
What Voyc Does and Why it Matters
Voyc listens to and analyses your conversations so your company can deliver great customer experiences consistently and safely. It highlights moments that matter, checks for compliance and helps identify coaching opportunities early, with fewer surprises later.
By using Voyc your company can:
Spot coaching opportunities earlier
Support agents with real examples from real calls
Reduce the risk of regulatory compliance issues that could lead to fines or licence problems
In short, Voyc helps ensure that customers are treated with consistency and care and that you are supported with useful insights rather than guesswork.
What is ALEX Live?
ALEX Live is the part of Voyc built to support you during the call itself. It listens along as you speak and provides real time cues and script guidance based on what is evolving in the moment.
With ALEX Live you can:
Follow your script without scrolling through documents
Get reminders for important disclosures
Handle objections with more confidence
Slow down or adjust your pace when needed
Respond to vulnerable customers safely and consistently
Once the call ends, ALEX Live highlights missed script points and triggered cues once the call ends so you can reflect and improve quickly without waiting for feedback sessions.
You stay in control. ALEX Live simply helps you stay on track, stay compliant and stay confident on every call.

Configuring Your Audio
Before you can take a call, ALEX Live needs to know which microphone and audio settings you want to use. After you Login you will be asked to set up your audio.
Firstly, you will need to allow your browser permission to use your microphone. Ensure the correct microphone is selected and allow permissions. This will look different depending on the browser you use.
This example uses a Chrome browser
💡 Tip: To learn how to manage your microphone permissions on your browser, select the browser below:
Once browser permission is granted, you will be asked to configure three fields:
1. Input device
Select the microphone or headset you will be using for the call. This will show the available audio devices on your computer.
2. Sample rate
Choose your sample rate from the dropdown.
Recommendation: 16 kHz is recommended for speech because it provides a clear, accurate transcription without using unnecessary bandwidth. Higher rates are not needed for voice calls and may introduce noise rather than improving quality.
3. Audio output
Choose Mono or Stereo.
Recommendations:
Mono is ideal for most call environments because it ensures you hear the customer clearly through either ear, even if your headset only uses one side.
Stereo can be used if you have a dual ear headset and prefer a more immersive audio experience.
Once you have selected your preferred settings, select Save settings.
You will land on the ALEX Live home page🎉
