Compliance categories are snippets of compulsory phrases which are contained in the call script.
A new category needs to be created for every Compliance phrase that needs to be mentioned.
To create a Compliance Category, go to Channel > Compliance > Add Category.
- A modal called "New Category" will pop up.
- Insert the category name ie, "Recording Disclaimer"
- Type the relevant phrase that could be mentioned under the category then hit the Enter key i.e. "this call may be recorded".
- Add any additional phrases that might be mentioned under that same category i.e. "information you provide will form part of your contract", "the recording will be made available on request", "quality purposes", "security purpose".
- Click Save.
After adding all your Compliance Phrases, the page should look something like this:
