Filters

When you enter the Conversation Tab and click on the "Filters" button, you'll see this. These are your Filters. You can filter by Upload Date, Time of Day, Length and Categories. 

Note: These can all be customized in the "Manage Project" tab. You can easily navigate there by clicking on the Settings icon next to each filter.

Categories

Categories are text based filters. They can be created to emulate a script which has to be followed, or to simply group calls based on usage of similar phrases.

Back in the conversations tab, conversations can be filtered by including or excluding categories as depicted below.

The remaining list of conversations can be exported into CSV format.
