Conversations in the conversation list can be sorted based on 6 criteria:
Date: The date which the conversation was uploaded to Voyc.
Time: The time which the conversation was uploaded to Voyc.
Conversation: The name of the conversation.
Score: The QA score which the conversation scored.
Length: The length of the conversation.
Status: The processing status of the conversation.
To apply the sort function, simply select the criteria you want to sort by in the list heading i.e select "Length" if you want to sort by conversation length. Select the criteria again if you would like to reverse the order of the sorting.
